Hi, you may be the person to ask, I hope you are. Why is my table of contents always on the right page of my manuscript. Even when I (seemingly) place it on the left side, the small outside margin shows the page is still on the right!! It messes everything up, I don't get it. Do you have an answer and solution for this? Thanks.
Word is driving me nuts. The most important commands are buried in an ocean of irrelevant ones. I called the support line and the lady could barely speak English and didn't use Word much. Then she hung up. Pathetic support. Word is ill conceived. My issue is how to make text entend to the bottom of the page in a long essay with footnotes. It stops early and leaves too much white space. Any help on that?
