32 pilot w/ a 82main and power jet plugged off. Stock timing (advanced the timing when I got home). Stock black wire cdi🤦🏽‍♂️. 32:1. 10/44. Self balanced zmn80 crank(39.5 stroke). Barely 40mph but she still needs work done. I dont think I’ll change the 44 sprocket I have plenty of rpm to go 50mph if I can tune it right LOL

your bike has just the right amount of energy (if that's the word) to make it interesting to watch. also the combination of using road rules and pedestrian rules to get around makes it amusing to watch too. i always wonder with these bikes how you manage to break, seems that people use normal bicycle rim breaks but surely they're not enough, mine somwtimes squeak and groan just for a normal unmotorised bike!

@@justanothermotorizedbikech5138 This bike sounded nice and was cruising with the traffic! I cant believe it will can do 50 with a 44t.I really love riding my cruiser! You did a really nice job riding between those car and curbs, Some were a really close fit. I didn't think you were going to make it! lol What is the piston bore in that bike? very good friend! I have my cruiser bike with 80cc engine with high compression round cylinder head, carburetor Dell'ortto (used on moped in my country) and banana muffle. I did 50mph as max velocity. Someday I have to record a video to show. Indeed Im working in a new engine 90cc with carburetor of Suzuki AX100 to my MTB 26 to travel arround of my country.

😆😆 I know I’m honestly very very lucky I haven’t gotten hurt yet. Probably won’t see me going too fast any more it honestly scares me thinking how fast I’ve gone and not gotten hurt. Must be I weight about 130 so the parts don’t have as much stress as a bike with a 180-250lb rider

I can't wait until everything thaws out in my neck of the woods so I can properly break in my Jerry rigged phantom. Just a little concerned about the 10mm wrist pin and if it'll hold up to the extra mass of the 52mm piston 😅
@justanothermotorizedbikech5138
It’ll shake like hell to be honest brotha if the crank isn’t balanced. I had to balance mine piston was 30 grams heavier😬😬. At 10000rpm that multiplies by x10 so the piston is now 300 grams at 10k rpm’s. I started with a small 10mm needle bearing and couldn’t feel the vibrations at all after balancing. I also tossed a needle bearing that was 2grams heavier and I can feel vibrations now, so every little bit counts with these small motors
@logainfalsedragon3587
@logainfalsedragon3587 Год назад
@@justanothermotorizedbikech5138 I might have gotten lucky in that respect. then again, not going for all out top speed. Just good to have when you need it with all the idiot cage fighters on the road these days. might change my mind once the bottom end and wrist pin catch up with the piston and cylinder 😆

People give ebikes a hard time using bike paths but not motorized bikes? I welcome all types of bikes people need to just learn to leave people alone
@justanothermotorizedbikech5138
Technically with bikes if you keep the chain on it’ll still a bicycle. But I agree all should appreciated and excepted
@Mash3OH3
@Mash3OH3 Год назад
@@justanothermotorizedbikech5138 I'll be honest. I ride with no chain throttle only. I even passed by a few police officers as well. Riding during the day or night. I show that this is how I ride and have nothing to hide. I'm sure they're aware I ride with no chain as well. On my electric bike. Never once got pulled over and never once was I hassled. It's because the way I ride and I follow the rules. But they know I like to blend in as well. Like I take public paths and trails but I take those public paths slowly.

Would hurt to try a 36tooth sprocket. You will get more speed weather you believe it or not. That’s how gearing works. I’ve built pretty close to a thousand motorized bicycles. The 32t sprocket is the best if you have a lot of power. 36 is just the best sprocket in general is both a balance between speed and torque. If you are 160-180lbs With the rpms you have I would go with the 36. The 44 is to much for any 2 stroke on a bike. Laying on the throttle at full speed like that will burn up your piston or worse a HOLE thru it. That’s where gearing comes into play. The 36 will save your ass and guarantee you’ll get 45-50MPH
@justanothermotorizedbikech5138
@justanothermotorizedbikech5138 10 месяцев назад
Yes I’ve tested 36-34 is the sweet spot but too fast at times
@DylanSchmidt-gu2sx
@DylanSchmidt-gu2sx 10 месяцев назад
@@justanothermotorizedbikech5138 it can be definitely. I use a 79cc predator engine as my daily with a 49cc modified sticker 🤫 and a 36t sprocket. 41mph is good enough, low on torque though may have to do with the CNC transmission. Need a torque converter but that’s big on a bicycle.

Here in Colorado, if it’s over 50cc they want you registering it with turn signals and insuring it as a motorcycle however they would need a warrant to measure the stroke and the cylinder and piston diameter and to prove its over 50cc.
@justanothermotorizedbikech5138
@@aaronbode9622 They would also have to tell you over and over not to ride the thing just to have a warrant
