Had been considering MSC this summer but will never use them after the way they treated Ben and David. Shame because the review was set to be a positive one and I probably would have gone with it as I trust Ben and David’s honest process. Sadly (but thankfully for my family) they were treated so badly that they have saved my family from this rude staff and devious company. RC here comes my money.
We cruise at least 3 times per year and choose trips based on destinations, however after seeing what Ben and David encountered MSC is off the list completely. So sad that they were treated as they were. MSC blew it big time, it's all over everyone's youtube channels as it should be. Who wants to be treated that way, especially when they were initially offered to cruise free and instead paid for it. HUGE OOPS msc.
Based on a video I just watched of how you treat people who give an honest review of their cruise, both positive and anything negative, we will never cruise with your line. The fact that you let your management and crew yell and scream at passengers is horrible. What kind of customer service is that?
The way you treat your passengers, I wouldn't cruise with you if you paid me. Well, okay, I might if it were an obscenely huge amount. I mean, six figures minimum. And I'd send half to Ben and David
If they wanted to play fair, they'd have made an announcement after censoring Ben & David that no one on the ship was permitted to take any images/pictures/footage whatsoever while aboard their ships and risk a mutiny, lol! Omgosh, not a good move, MSC Cruises!
Exactly! The cruise ship also didn't deny Ben & David's account on how they were treated. I don't recall the specific wording of the cruise line when they used the word "poorly" to describe how they handled it but I hope they admitted they treated Ben & David poorly as opposed to distancing themselves and admitting they handled the situation poorly because they didn't treat the inanimate object (their camera) poorly, they treated two of their paying passengers poorly.
Worst cruise line ever!! Don’t ever book a cruise with MSC! Shame on MSC for their treatment of certain passengers! Boooooooooooooooooooo! Boycott MSC cruises for verbal harassment of Ben and Dave!
Oh, oh, we booked to sail on her but since then, all reports have been negative! I hope they will clean up their Act by the time we board her in October!
My recent voyage on the MSC Euribia fell far short of expectations. While a cruise should be a time of relaxation and exploration. The most significant disruption was the unrelenting noise on Deck 14 (14071). A room change wasn't an option. This constant disturbance significantly detracted from the enjoyment of the entire cruise. Adding to the frustration was the lack of responsive service when encountering problems. Situations that should have been addressed promptly were met with apathy and a sense of being brushed aside. To make matters worse, upon reviewing my credit card statements after the cruise, I discovered unauthorized charges. Needless to say, this incident eroded any remaining trust I had in the MSC Cruises operation. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the combination of these issues paints a disappointing picture. Based on this experience, I can confidently say that this will be my first and last cruise with MSC.
Please keep your boats in Europe. Your adventure in America has failed. It's funny that by being rude to a couple of British RU-vidrs all the money you spent on making it here was flushed down the drain. Ciao MSC.
The way yall treated Ben and David was gross. And what's bad is that i was sold UNTIL your little stunt. So are all content creators going to be treated like this? Serious question. No one is damaging your brand but you.
Yeah not booking any of your ships after the shit you decided to pull this week. You seriously decided to black ball two of the biggest cruse youtubers reviewing your newest ship. Whoever made that choice needs to be let go from the company and you need to apologize to both of them. My god are you guys ton death.
I’ve heard so many negative issues about MSC Cruises, from bad food, bad entertainment, rude crew members and now this issue with Ben and David, that I wouldn’t go on an MSC Cruise if they offered me a free first class cruise. Some VIP couldn’t or didn’t want to be filmed? But yet they went on a cruise with 6,000 passengers and 3,000 crew, all with cameras??? I’m calling bs on that excuse MSC. If you can’t take negative criticism, you shouldn’t have gone into the cruise business and stuck with just cargo. I think I’d prefer to sail with premium cruise lines like NCL, RC or Princess. Stay away from MSC Cruises!
