So our dinner is scheduled at 5:30 PM. How does that figure in with the sail away time at six p m, Do we miss the sail away party or do we interrupt our dinner.

Yes. There are smoking areas on the pool deck with a sign. Enjoy your cruise vacation.

What transportation did you take from the airport to the trolley? Any recommendation?

I took the Miami Metrorail Orange Line from Miami airport to downtown Brickell Station. It took about 25 minutes and costs only $2.25. Then, from Brickell Station, I took the FREE Miami Trolley to the cruise port. Hope this helps.
