Very informative video this is the cruise ship we will be going on on 8/29/2024 leaving from florida port Cape Canaveral i was wondering about the food and menus and you did a great job on showing everything all my questions were answered i wrote down the at sea and at port menu that was very helpful thank you really enjoyed this video! Great Video!
The buffet and restaurant food on the MSC Seashore is plentiful, of variety, and good. We were on the Seashore last week.... The three embarkation queues for vaccine documentation, security scan, and then ID processing took 90 minutes to 150 minutes in total. Terrible.... The cruise overall was very good. The CREW ARE WONDERFUL.
very helpful, going on the seashore in a month my first mas cruise I have heard negative things about msc food, your great reviews relieved my anxiety and looking forward to the experience. thanks
We are going on Seashore in January & were a bit confused about the food after hearing so many complaints. Thank You for giving us a well defined look at what to expect. Great video !!!!
@@javierv5583 What you said is very true. I have been on 2 other Norwegian cruises before this MSC cruise, and food on the Norwegian was definitely not any better. MSC's food definitely has a more European style and flavor which my family liked. Service on the Seashore was also way better than Norwegian. Enjoy your cruise!
This will be my first cruise after Covid. Rules have changed a lot. I just did web check-in on 25th day before cruise and there is only one check in slot left which is 3-5pm. Since we will be in orlando in the morning, can someone know will MSC allow us to check in early ? The boarding ticket says don't arrive before the check in time otherwise we have to wait outside the terminal.
Thank you very much for the interesting video. We are planning a cruise in January 2022. Do I need to bring a set of masks or will there be enough masks on the ship?
Our cabin steward left us several masks for the number of people in the room, but I think you should bring your own because you will be wearing mask from the time you get on the ship. Basically it was explained to me that if you are walking around in the ship, you should wear your mask. If you are sitting down for drinks or food, then take off your mask.
I was on Meraviglia earlier this year and disappointed by food.. low quality compared to my last experience on Royal Caribbean.. hopefully SeaShore is better
It might be a stupid question, but buffet is obviously is free, what about those restaurants? All dishes also include in the package or you gotta buy them?
Not a stupid question. Pretty much with all cruise lines, you have the buffet that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner (this is free). Then you have the 'main dining room' that will serve a more formal dinner at night, and usually serve breakfast and lunch when it's a sea day (this is free and usually you can order multiple plates of appetizer, entree, dessert). Then you also have 'specialty dining' which are separate restaurants that you have to pay. Depending on the ship, you might have specialty restaurants like Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Steakhouse. During the day, you might also have burgers, hotdog, fries, pizza by the pool deck area. Lastly there is room service which you have to pay service fee. All these options are up to your choosing. You can go the entire cruise and just eat what comes complimentary or splurge a bit and do specialty dining. All up to you.
Thank you so much for this informative video! I have been looking for something like this. Also, I have a quick question, I'm debating if we should get the drink package cause I don't drink but my husband does. What does the cruise include when it comes to drinks? If I don't purchase a drink package. Thank you!
If you do not purchase a drink package, then the free drinks included with your cruise fare are: coffee, tea, water from the buffet (not the bottled water), milk, a selection of juices from the beverage station at the buffet. Search the MSC website for the drink packages, you will find a list of beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) for the different packages.
