Yeah, that’s crazy how they moved her room without notifying you guys! That would’ve upset us because we usually travel with my mom in an adjoining room or across the hall from us, and the boys are usually booked in her room, so it’s important to be nearby! I love you guys’ attitude, and I agree! Love how you’re making the best of it! ❤️❤️❤️

Jazzy & Rich that check in process was something else but you guys all made it. Reign is very smart she noticed you only had 2 towels instead of 4. The girls are beautiful and so are you too you lady. I know all of you had a good time with your mother-in-law Lynn helping out with Reign & Royce. That's a wonderful blessing. I just happened upon you guys because I’m going on the seashore next month for a Christmas cruise. I’m loving your vlogs. You should also know that my room got changed to, but they gave me another room and I found out before I get on the ship thank God. This has been a systemwide thing with them switching rooms and not letting people know. So I feel lucky. So now I’m watching your virgin vlogs. You guys can really dress also!! Spot on editing to!! I'm a Customer Service Rep for Carnival and I think you guys did an awesome job showing the ship and all of the restaurants, etc. You guys are a cute couple and have a beautiful family. Hi Rich and Jazz, the MSC embarkation process unfortunately drained alot of your energy day one. But hopefully you all enjoyed the cruise. Looking forward to all the upcoming travel vlogs. I never miss one. Appreciate all the info you give as well. We plan on getting back to cruising next year. I was just thinking about Reign and Royce and how excited they are to go on all the many cruises. Glad you are vlogging these memories with them. So when they get older and forget they have these to look back on. My daughter is constantly asking me about her life from birth thru age 5 or 6. She's 21 now.

Have cruised on Royal, Holland, Princess, Celebrity, Costa and MSC. My worst experience was on MSC and we are unwilling to try again

Why not just wait till next day to do guest services, and not miss dinner? You could see from embarkation that this is a not guest service oriented cruise ship.
