It’s my first MSC cruise ever! I’m cruising on the MSC Virtuosa cruise ship and it’s Embarkation Day. Not only is this my FIRST ever MSC cruise, it's one of the first cruises to sail out of the UK since the pandemic. Join me as I show you HOW you now embark a cruise ship given current health restrictions, as well as my first impressions of this huge ship, a peep in my cabin, and a review of HOLA, the Mexican tapas speciality restaurant on board! LOL you were right about the snoring!! You had such a good view of our balcony too, that would of been fab if we had got up and you had filmed us waving, alas all of the excitement of the last 4 days proved too much! Great explanation of what is needed to board, we were very nervous too! You looked emotional on sail away can totally relate to that. Hola is fabulous we would definitely go back too. Really enjoyed your first chapter, looking forward to the next!

Wow! Loved this first episode. I’ve watched virtually all the Virtuosa vlog content on YT and no BS when I say this is one of the best. Your style is (as always) relaxed with just the right amount of polish. Totally agree about Hola! Our favourite venue by a country mile! Looking forward to ep2. 👍😀

Love your videos and those where you are included with Paul & Carole. Our next cruise, out of Southampton, will be in May, 2022 on a B2B, 19 days. YAY! It will have been 34 months since our last cruise. Being Canadian, we have been restricted because of our ports & COVID. Your videos just add to our excitement. Thank you!

@@TravelBlogJamie, I'll be looking for those videos. We'll be on the Silhouette on a 7 day Norwegian Fjords cruise & then a 12 day Baltic. If that's not enough, we'll travel to Amsterdam for 3 days (thinking of the Eurostar) before we are on an 8 day Viking Rhine river cruise to Basel. This is definitely a bucket list adventure.

Yes it’s about a 6 minute cab ride or 20-30 mins walk depending on how weighed down you are with luggage!
