It depends on where do you live /work at the moment.. you could do that in case yo would apply for the global fellowship but in this situation you need another organization in the EU that would employ you after the 2 years you would spend in the UK
IF you ask whether you are elligible to apply for this scheme, than the answer is YES. The condition being you have to apply through your HOST INSTITUTION in the EU.. Although you WRITE THE PROPOSAL, the only subject that CAN SUBMIT THE PROJECT proposal is the hosting institution, They have to be interested in employing you for the next 2 years.
@@amirouchebouremani1213 of course, if you don: t fulfil ALL CONDITIONS for being elligible, you can´t be financed. I just replied the question you asked and that was about the country of your origin. But glad that you read the text of the call, at least you won´t waste your time on a scheme that is not for your situation... You can always create a network with your European colleagues and try another scheme within either MSCA or the rest of the Horizon.
