Hi all you Aussie flight simmers.
Here is a short play through I did of the MSFS 2024 Alpha Tech Demo and Boy is it Alpha.
Just note that halfway through the playthrough I changed my resolution up to 4K just to see what would happen and the frame rate barely budged, so that was good.
Also whilst I feel the game has plenty potential it is in no way going to replace the MSFS 2020 which has fought and won through battles and scars into our heart of hearts.
If things are like this tech demo at launch I feel we will be in for another long wait before settling into our favourite 3rd party cockpits for a while.
I am glad about the fact that the game, apart from initial launch, took no time to launch, and I'm used to a 5+ minute launch due to all my 3rd party planes.
Lastly I run a custom Alienware R12 with 64 GB DDR4 and a GeForce RTX 3060TI!!
Enjoy the Jank / Scenery of the brisbane skyline through rain, story, sun, walking, and even some close down with some head on traffic.
