MSFS2020, Eurofighter Tyhpoon flight from Blair Athol to Killin 

@kelarius98 it might be a little exaggerated on the trees, the game just decides where trees are in the world and places a random amount in that location. The frame rate is relatively good for this type of game, it doesn't need 140+ to perform great. I have a 13600k i5 CPU, GTX 1070 graphics card and 32GB of DDR4 and it runs on its own SSD. The graphics card is a little dated but still holds up well in flight sim and DCS so haven't justified replacing it yet, maybe for MSFS2024 that comes out in November.. as I have seen it will require better hardware across the board.

@@galaxy11plays Thank you very much for your answer, I'm surprised that you're using a 1070, I can't get my recordings to run that smoothly. Maybe it's the graphics settings. Let's wait and see how FS2024 behaves. Best regards

@kelarius98 it is possibly your decoder settings on the recording software, I have set mine to use the CPU instead of the graphics card due to the fact that the cpu is vastly newer and has many cores. Letting the graphics card focus on rendering the game only. I have also used software to stop flight simulator and many other games using the economy cores on my CPU as they run at lower speed and were causing a bottleneck and making my games stutter. The economy cores are then able to focus on less demanding tasks. Other than that I have no idea how my system performes as good as it does I'm as surprised as you, I do have to add though with the 1070 I don't get to turn the graphics options up too high so I suffer a bit of lower fidelity graphics.

@@galaxy11plays thank you very much for the detailed explanation, I had a complete internet outage from yesterday and today until the afternoon, which is why I'm only answering now. I'll take a closer look at OBS again, as I experience extreme FPS losses as soon as I record in FS2020. It's probably also because I'm using the second monitor including LittleNavMap, which is certainly also a strain on the GPU. All in all, it's a learning process. Since I started working with Flightsimulator98, I've acquired a lot of knowledge about the PC!
