@@DigitalDavid not really, just throw smoke at those thin side vents in front panel and the smoke will follow it's own trajectory as it will be the fans exerting the most pressure in circulation indicating how strong the airflow in the case is. (I saw Linus do this a long while back)
I’ve owned the case for 1 year now and have no complaints although if I remember correctly the hinges on mine were also bent outward but were easy to push back, only complaint is that she collects some dust at the front and it’s a little bit of pain to clean since you gotta take off the front panel to get to the three fans other than that it looks and cools great
I recently bought this case with a very similar msi motherboard. Great video although when I turn on my pc, the lights do not turn on and neither does the fans for the gpu. Any suggestions?
thanks for the review rlly like ur contanct and the thing that i rlly like is that we can ask u questions from ur email and ty for that video it rlly helped bc im into chosing this pc case🔥
Build quality is fine! One of my door hinges was damaged in rough shipping and handling but not necessarily MSI fault. It's not super heavy so that might speak to keep costs down and skimping a little on quality??
Got the same case but can't find where the 3 pin argb connector goes into the motherboard. Motherboard I'm using is MSI PRO B550M-VC WIFI Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard. Any tips is appreciated. Everything works fine but just don't have the led lights working on the case.
Great video. I went all MSI with this case (Unify mobo, RTX 3080, AIO) except for PSU and memory. Just can't get the RGB working via plugging the JRAINBOW1 to the little RGB board in the right side of the case. Nothing I do seems to work, and documentation is so sparse. Anyone have thoughts on that?
Do you know what the extra cable is approx 15/20cm long is for it has a plastic cap on I thought it was to connect to sys fan on motherboard however it doesn't have any splitter or anything so at the moment I can't controll RGB see the rpm or even change the rpm thank you
I wish you could upload a pic so I could see what you are talking about... I am assuming since you said plastic cap that it is for the RGB lights... just a guess though! Did you figure it out?
Hi. I have a question: isn't the GPU supposed to be mounted vertically in this tower...? =__= I'm considering buying one, but the people at the store told me they have to get a "riser" to connect the motherboard to the graphic card... that sounds bothersome...
It includes a vertical support, it is not necessary to put it like this, but it is more striking, although yes, it does not include the cable which is a little expensive to connect the graphics
I can't seem to find any video about how do you install two additional 2.5 SSD on the back plate because it is LITERALLY impossible to mount them back with SSD screwed to them.
I have a problem i have the MSI MPG VELOX 100R and i want to control the fan rgb with msi center but when i connect the rgb hub on the back to the JARGB connector on my msi mainboard i cannot even see the fans in msi center or change the color in the program. the LED button on the case works fine. Maybe someone has a solution to this problem
Based on the specifications listed on MSI's website, the MSI MPG VELOX 100R case has a 5V ARGB (Addressable RGB) connection. It uses the MSI Mystic Light software to control the lighting effects of the case, and is compatible with other ARGB components from MSI and other manufacturers that use a 3-pin 5V ARGB connector. cnl
@@DigitalDavid Thank you very much for the quick reply. The product has been waiting in my shopping cart for one day. just because I couldn't find an answer to this question. Now, thanks to you, I am enlightened and bought the product.🥰
@@DigitalDavid still, thank you, I should be able to fenangle it since you showed me what's probably the problem. Motherboard comes in the mail tomorrow (hopefully NOT damaged during shipping) and I'll be starting the build.
