We have three problems with equipment. Weight, site accessibility and water. Water is critical. We have to move it up a 3600' desert mountain using a UTV or Toyota Tacoma 4x4. The "roads" are dangerous, rocky and steep. Extreme 4x4 country. It took us a year to find our way up and repair the trails with picks and shovels. Three attempts to move the jaw crusher intact failed. On one such attempt, we rolled a 4x4 truck. Had to move the jaw one price at a time and reassemble it on site. We got our Keene RC-46 up in one attempt, though we burned up a set of truck tires doing it. The tires on the Commander aren't much better off. We have to run material on site. Now that we are established up there, it's simple. Show up, mine, process.

At first this may seem redicululess and fiscally impossible but give the extreme location of your mining operation have you ever explored the possibility of renting a helicopter to haul your over sized and bulky items in. I have some experience in this area. It's not cheap, but given the amount of work and freight that can be moved in a very short period of time it's not always as prohibitive as at first assumed to be. First you truck all you material as reasonably close as possible. Second planning way ahead you often can schedule a large helicopter for a very short period of time with only be minimal of ferrying time. Many of the large helicopters that are used for firefighting, line tower erection and so are are scheduled to fly a minimal distance between jobs all over a region they operate in. Freight hauling helicopters don't fly clear across the country to do one job and then fly back, instead they are constantly scheduled in a certain region to minimise the ferry distance. We utilized an Erickson Sky-Crane to fly a bulldozer in three parts, a mid sized excavator, and a skid-stear 22 nautical miles from the nearest accessible road into a site surrounded by a wilderness area. The helicopter had been in Montana fighting fires, to Spokane for tower erection, to Missoula for a radio antenna repair to Riggins for some bridge work, to us, on to Boise, and God only knows where until eventually they were back in McMinnville Oregon their home base. Later smaller helicopters were utilized to fly in structural insulated panels (SIP'S) for cabins in a wilderness area, four Kawasaki Mules, and two John Deere tractors using several different sizes helicopters. So it may not be as costly as you think and you could have all your machines on site in one morning!

Our system will be a little more hand fed. We use the Mount Baker jaw to take the big stuff down to gravel then use our chain crusher and a Keene RC-46 roller mill to get it to 100-200 mesh.
So much flour going out in the dust ... Might want to Chang the drop height from belt to hopper or even do an entrance chute for the belt to end in ... Second belt drops right in close ... You use surfactant in the water ???

We attempted to drywash our crushed ore ... And we still haven't given up on that. He have recovered gold that way and the tailings were clear of gold. Drywashing still makes sense to me, because, after all, it is the desert.

I know our jaw crusher is performing flawlessly. The only reason I don't own the whole line yet is weight and footprint. We work on site on Arizona and getting up those old steep, washed out haul roads is a chore.

To much vibration in the first conveyor a guy should just mount the crusher above the second conveyor and eliminate the first one right off the bat also is this where they build these things and that's there water recirculation plant that's ridiculous kiddie pools build something correct and permanent for video purposes sorry but I will keep building my own equipment

i realize that hard rock mining is sexy and that urban mining is not but 100 lb of chips is likely to yelled 2 or more oz of gold possibly much more if they are high grade chips and for every hard rock miner there are 100 hobbyist urban miners that need much smaller equipment 10 lb an hr may be a lot for an automated system that i can drop 20 or 50 lb of chips and just lit run 3000 dollars is a lot for gravity separation if at most i am running a few hundred lb a month.mining gold plated pins and gold containing chips is much higher grade oar than is mined almost any where else.
