no, due to population density. There are apps that show u where, basically no cities allowed without written permission (very few english forms btw, all in japanese). Outside cities its fair game as long as u stay away from places that pack tourists in or are patrolled by guards

Hey. Late reply. Yeah the rules have changed a lot over the last few years. When this was taken there were not rules to worry about.

Up to the 5th station or to the top of Mt Fuji? To the 5th station in summer should be ok.

Hahaha. I think I thought the same think when I was filming it but that is my drone flying around there. My wife was filming some things while I was flying the drone.
