I KNOW. THIS IS A BIT OVER THE TOP FOR A DECENT SEND-OFF BUT, HEY! WHY NOT?! YOU MAY SHED A TEAR FOR SOME ODD REASON BUT "THIS WAS" THE ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF.
June 18, 2017 will mark the day the original service, some surviving for many generations, be dissolved and fully reconstructed plan known as "BaltimoreLINK" takeover. A handful of lines will crossover without too much of a drastic change but this, in no doubt, a brand new bus network. Only time will tell how BaltimoreLINK will thrive but it is hyped-up to be a better, more reliable service than the Baltimore region has ever seen before.
One of the things you will notice in my videos after the BaltimoreLINK turnover is that lines or routes will now be referred to as 'LINKs' (Ex: CityLINK Purple [PR]; LocalLINK 80; Express BusLINK 150)
Note: In the video "Route 18" is not shown with it's very own clip. Of all the lines [excluding some Commuter Express lines], Route 18 is the only one I have yet to record due to it's uncharacteristic schedule. It will survive as the "LocalLink 92."
Note: I excluded the "Local express lines" due to their status of being part of the local routes displayed. Routes 105, 110, 115 and 164 will not morph into BaltimoreLINK while 119 will live-on as different number 'Express BusLINK 154"
