If he does then it's clearly streamer rigged.. I've played so many of these games and yeah one can be lucky but not all the time. I just got lucky for real after one year of genshin where I got altahaim on 10 pulls, directly after Clorinde win (which I had pity likely).. First time!! It's not something you just do frequently if it's not rigged or manipulated somehow.. Anyone with math and probablity skills know this. Or anyone who just played these games like I have.
