Not really. If a person can make it to IISc, it's not difficult to get 8CGPA

If you have taken 28 credits, You will recived an MTech degree also after completion of your PhD Woohooo

Sir if I completed mtech in cense then how to apply for phd so I can get mtech and phd both degree.for example in iit you can do phd after mtech if you have 8 cgpa in mtech and you get both degrees. Please reply me soon sir .

You can get both degrees. Although there are some credit requirements

No department can guarantee anything. Its totally on the student but they will provide all the support.
