Hello everyone, another day another MTF announcement (I haven't posted in 3 weeks now, been busy with irl stuff and cuz I'm lazy), with Mobile Task Force Psi-13. I could've made a better announcement for this one, but I wanted to keep it short for once with no SF. (this video is "sort of" a test for a future video where I will explain how I make these announcements. I deeply apologize the voice effects are incomprehensible, as I tried to make them as close to the originals (that's why I've put those captions even tho they're not visually pleasing but just in case. Hope you will apologize me for this paranthesis). But if you cannot understand a thing (without the captions), then I would have failed to this task, and I sincerely apologize again.
