We have learned a lot about the Eldrazi over the course of their rampage on Zendikar... but still more remains. What are they? How can they ultimately be stopped? We learn more about these titans through the teachings of Ugin, the Spirit Dragon.. and his dire warning.

I’m pretty sure the true Eldrazi described as “The Man” in the Blind Eternities is a greater spirit of the Void, and as such “The Man” is without form and substance. It’s like if one could witness the spirit of a Black Hole. All it knows is hunger and consumption. The Eldrazi Titans are nothing more than pieces of the greater singularity wrapped in accretion disks with individuality and spawning capabilities.

William Jackson I think the same thing. In which case we're asking the wrong question. We may never know what the true Eldrazi look like because no physical form would be able to contain their power. Then again, how would you even give physical form to that which is devoid of everything accept existence itself? The question we should be asking is; What if Nicol Bolas or Tezzeret find a way to release the true Eldrazi from their void prison? I feel like it would destroy the Blind Eternities itself, like a beast ripping its way out of a box.

That's a good question! Perhaps she would enjoy a cute teddy bear? Then you could tell her about bears in Magic and who knows? She might just want to play? I got my girlfriend into magic with a casual W/G Cat deck.

+Alan Nash Not a bad idea, but if he already said that she really doesn't like MTG (which shatters my small and somewhat caring heart to hear anyone say they hate MTG) then it might not work that well. You want to do something that she would like and love alot.

I like to think that the eldrazi titans are all part of one massive entity. As the scions and spawn are a part of the titans so are they part of a greater being. Can't wait to add Kozilik to my commander deck! Keep up the great work Seiben!

I love the way Kozilek makes it so all the Eldrazi don't just seem like mindless beasts. Sure, Ulamog's spawn were like that, but the way Kozilek and his spawn deceive and warp reality shows that not all the Eldrazi are mindless.

The Eldrazi are such an awesome concept! And I can't wait to see where Emrakul is and how powerful he/she has become! As for Kozilek and Ulamog, I am almost voting for them to create a plane of their own and be like gods on it and not be huge threats anymore lol I don't want them to die either!!! Kozilek is my favorite of the 3 Titans!!! And I like the interesting way they designed his card this time around! (I do wish he could counter a card by discarding a card with CMC equal to or greater then the spell countered,) awesome video Seiben! :D

Starting the game back in 2004, Kamigawa still marks a very special place in my heart, and I keep dreaming on getting back to the plane... but now that I though on how Wizards said there was no way of getting back and with Emrakul nowhere to be found... maybe we might come back (even just to see its destruction)

I'm exhilarated, we're currently on the plane of Zendikar, my favorite plane to hear it that I was unfortunate to miss, and next, we're headed back to Innistrad, my absolute favorite and first set I was able to get into. This has to be perhaps the greatest string of sets ever, Theros, Tarkir, Zendikar, and Innistrad.

Well considering the amount of destruction brought about the 2 Eldrazi Titans, I think it's safe to say that the 4 planeswalkers can't do it alone. They probably need to call on some other people to help them. That's my guess anyways. Great job Seiben on continuing the MTG story, that Kozilek sure is very intimidating. :)

I think that the titans aren't individual monsters but all a piece to one massive eldrazi in the blind eternities. Kozilek would make such a great additon to my green eldrazi ramp deck!

Love hearing more about Eldrazi can't get enough of their lore... anyways I have begun to think that the greater Eldrazi bodies that are somewhere out in the blind eternities might be more related to Theros gods as they are so much greater then regular beings. However instead of needing devotion to fuel themselves the Eldrazi simply take and assimilate the mana they need or at least hunger for. That or they are an extremely old race of beings from one of the first planes in existence and have simply evolved to a point where they are energy beings. Lastly at some point I want to see a Eldrazi with a planeswalker spark in the common meaning, or an Eldrazi that wants to communicate to the plane the titans are about to eat... kind of like a herald of galactus

Wow, great lore! I find it really interesting how the Eldrazi titans we know and love are only manifestations of the titans and how they can actually be even more devastating in person. I personally think they would look very similar, but just even huger and more devastating.

+Frimp Lover Oh so you mean that all the Eldrazi titans are all one and the titans we see are just the hands of it. This is a really interesting idea and it would explain why Kozilek and Ulamog are working together to destroy Zendikar. I would love if this idea was true, as it would mean that there could be even more titans with other distinct properties that make them unique.

You mentioned that the blind eternities were like space in real life, a distance separating the planes in 3 dimensions. I've always thought of planes as different locations along the 5th dimensional probability axis. Each plane would be a 4D universe in and of itself.

I had the eldrazi explained to me in a very specific way that might interest you. imagine a 2D world... you drop an apple in it. the 2D people would only be able to see a line appear, grow, shrink and disappear. now imagine a 4D object being dropped into a 3D world... something difficult to even think about. the eldrazi exist in more dimensions that we can understand... and so, they are the multi-dimensional shape being dropped into a 3D world... except, they aren't just a shape, they are an entire creature! what we see on zendikar could be almost nothing... a toe nail, a hair, an eye? ugins analogy sounds pretty spot on lol

I've always imagined eldrazi (in the blind eternities that is) to be a form we can't even see. Kind of like our version of something from another dimension.
