Why do I see someone, somewhere breaking this deck down. And building the villians individually. A Dalek deck, a Cyberman deck, a Weeping Angel deck. I'm here for it. Lol Eather 60 card format or commander. That "Hunted by the Family" card. The girl with the red balloon in the art. That episode stands out to me. For some reason. But ...... Scarecrow deck. Lol seems fitting. Weeping Angel's + Kenku Artificer + flicker effects. Lol Angel becomes a statue when opponent plays a creature. Flicker the kenku in response. When he pops back to the field he targets the statue for the 2 +1/+1 counters. Lol
Or you could go with The Valeyard and have all cards with villainous choice in the 99. Add voting cards like Expropriate, Capital Punishment, Plea for Power, Model of Unity, Split Decision, etc.
That's what I love about this deck, they're all united in a sort of Steven Moffat season finale kind of way (I hate the way he always just brings all the villains' together but here the vibe works for obvious reasons. Though in this case the teamed up villains get, y'know, actually do stuff together.) but you can 100% split them up and build them more focused around each villains own theme. Gives the vibe of each archetype being its own group who just happen to be teaming up in this crossover..... but they just as easily split up and do their own thing. It's also kinda a neat contrast to the other decks which seem more themed around having both a Doctor and their companion. While this one gives more of a choice between two mutually-exclusive paths for your commander. I ordered this deck the other day and am hyped waiting for it to arrive.
Deepest choices, the doctors decks have like dozens of combinations between doctors compaions and the ponds( for time whimey also is a appropriate color pairing)
