I have had good service, I actually had a full missing 30th anniversary box as I ordered 2 but they sent me a full replacement. That being said, I did that immediately so perhaps if I had waited i would have received the same thing as you.

@@DR-pb8hx​​⁠hey DR! thanks for the comment! really appreciate it! good to hear! glad you got a replacement without problems! and indeed, i was very late, so i guess it’s fair to not expect a 1:1 replacement for an old product. i just would have liked better communication about what suits me as a replacement, but there was none, unfortunately. 👊🏻

Man, that sucks! 😭 Noticed my most recent SLD (Raining Cats and Dogs) had several minor quality issues, but I thought I’d let it slide. Later when sleeving up the deck I realized that one of the special art Plains was missing… after waiting for weeks for an answer, they now want me to send my whole deck to them so they can replace it. Bet they won’t send me a shipping label and cover the customs fees when they send it back… 😅 Hope to be able to convince them that just sending the replacement Plains would suffice. 🙈

it’s super weird how they approach these things! sending a whole deck for a missing card, sending random boosters for missing and faulty cards, not covering custom fees (a replacement should have 0 value anyways). i have not ordered anything since mtg 30, but i surely won’t anymore. always drama 😂👊🏻

I can't believe they claim to not pay attention to secondary markets but at the same time layering in reprints and pricing boxes precisely based on secondary market prices. You should open the packs on stream to see what you get ;).

hey dm! yeah, it is a bs claim 😂. they are monetizing the secondary market as best they can! yeah, i will open the packs on the channel, if i open them, for sure! 😁👊🏻

sorry about the bad jurgen.. I personally have not had bad luck with them .. I live in the USA so no import fee issues (you would think they could do product replacement to countries they distribute product to without import fees) , they do take a long time but I have gotten my product replaced each time.. my main issue was the secret card of secret lairs in their previous packaging they came bent 50% of the time. I complained each time and I always got it replaced (many months later but it would arrive)

hey xavier! yeah, i was very late, but overall it just has been a bit weird they sent something random. and the import fees were weird indeed 🤔. good to hear you got what you need. and yes, they are very slow 😂!

That is a really crappy experience. They should at least give you a choice of a few different things so you don’t get something that is completely random or whatever is lying around. I would be very annoyed with that outcome. Sorry that happened. I only reached out once - when there was the whole issue with Double Masters VIP packs. They were extremely slow but did eventually send me my Double Masters booster packs.

yeah, chris, some communication would have been nice. exactly. just sending a few random packs is weird. and yes, they have been friendly and helpful, slow, but at least they did something. the overall experience just was a bad one. 👊🏻

Wow, I can't believe that they didn't send a Secret Lair og two. One thing is that the boosters might have a certain value, but it just seems like a auto responce instead of thinking a little about what might suit the customer and have the same form of collectability and value. And what a crock of shit that they don't consider secondary market value. If that was the case they could just have send you the cards from Magic 30th. :D

I don't like the idea of WOTC sending you random stuff of equivalent value as a replacement. With that said...if you bought a product at 165 Euro and it is defective, you should at least get a replacement (even if it's random packs) at an equivalent value of 165. Your not just missing 2 cards, your missing the experience of opening this product as an advent calendar...as it was marketed.

hey breakingbadlands! thanks so much for the commenr! i don’t like that there is no way of having a conversation about the kind of replacement. i mean, i know i was really late opening these, as they arrived too late for their purpose, and i do understand that the product is out of stock, but instead of sending me random stuff i do not want or need as a replacement, i’d like to have a conversation about that. ah, it is what it is. another lesson learned! 😬👊🏻

Open up the packs. Then if you get alot of value it will equal out. What if u pull a mana crypt? Thats better than a mox

You should get what you paid for ! If the product is limited you should be refunded. Other thing is proving you got scamed, record everything :)
