with 2 aspd master talent you should hit 500 aspd. Weapons wise also needs some work. Think about which type of dmg you building (exc, fatal, or deadly). If you are building fatal then remove any exc dmg and rate on your weapons and replace it with base DMGs like attack bonus %, Attack dmg+lvl/2, Fixed dmg +lvl/2 and aspd is a must have on weapons.
Awesome build man. Leg Lucky and sets make a huge diference. And your master talent is Very advanced. But that "i dont care about MG" makes me drop a tear here hahahaaha
