Summoner is broken...so I don't think there's anything that can compete with that class in PVM. But, I would put this type of slayer as a top 3 DPS. In regards to PVP, I haven't tested it there, but I think it would be equivalent to any glass cannon type. They also get 3HP/vitality, so you could theoretically build a tanky one too :D
