For Fighter, abut gears' attribution, what's more important, HP or DEF, or something else?

Hi, firstly; great videos in general, you helped me out so much already lol. Got one pretty complex question if you mind. So, how it can be, that while im doing ALL of the daily tasks as the other members do too (including being 5 ally members in group at patrol and demon hunt), have done all character missions you showed and am so much lower in level. Like I am ~64 while 10 people are on around 78. So you can probably tell what tasks can be done after all other tasks are done? something to grind, yk. or whatever reason could it be that some people just get more XP then others. I do own Premium too btw. (+5% exp) probably its just the tasks which should be done late to get the best value of from it. In general, a 1:1 Level guide (what daily tasks to do by each other (from first to last) would be great! Thanks in advance!
