@@zeroyuki92Not really I mean exploration and is like 1600 primos, daily quests are like 2400 primos and events a few thousand primos. Thats like one five star (without taking the 50/50 into account, to get both c0 you need a maximum of 360 pulls which are 57.600 primogems).
REAL. I was gonna pull for Raiden and Kazuha but I realized that I wont have a lot of fun if I care too much about who's strong or rare in my account. Pulling for someone just because everyone says theyre the best character in game will probably just make me bored and be unmotivated to play :,D
Everything about Natlan looks great. I swear, the region's color brightness or contrast is cranked up because EVERYTHING looks extra colorful and gorgeous. Not to mention faster, with Mualani surfing around and stuff. Can't wait to get her next week!

The fact the Bosses have much more HP now makes dmg testing nukes like Eula, Mualani, etc so much more comfy since the enemies don’t die during the setup. But still u wish we had an unkillable training dummy with energy regen funtion for the Teapot
You forgot to add that we will get the new craftable weapon Ring of Yache from a webevent And we already managed to ramp up so much Points that we will all get one copy garanteed, no crafting required

It's not surprising that OP exploration abilities from the new Natlan characters are best used in Natlan, but it's also disappointing that they're so neutered outside of Natlan. Mihoyo powercreeps exploration skills and then also nerfs these new abilities by significantly limiting them outside of Natlan.
I think it's probably because Natlan was designed with those abilities in mind, and so that do that prevent new player from cheesing the other regions exploration mechanics. But I'm kinda abt it, mulani would have been so fun in the desert
imo i think their exploration capabilities IN natlan are too OP, especially comparing with other characters in their regions. Esp adding artifact boosts from nightsoul's blessing or having other natlan characters, there's so much
just a reminder: exploration stuff = only in natlan (and natlan has general mounts aswell) so if you don't want her, dont feel forced to pull!! (this goes for kinich too)
I always use my wanderer on every nation exploration and he still a solid option till now, good thing I never bothered by this fomo exploration crept or whatever it is.

Wow, the true forward Vaporize Hydro character! Most of the Hydro characters have only been focusing on applying as much of their element as possible. The ones who came close are probably Yelan and Childe, but they are fast Hydro applicators, first and foremost. I'm glad they found and revived the Forward Vape niche.
There's a reason characters like Sigewinne come out this late, AOE healer on skill, slow hydro application, buff skill damage. She doesn't disturb Pyro on the enemies quite so much.
@@manjunath414 tbh Childe x xiangling is still the better duo than Mualani due to how much AoE and application there is vs Mualani who's too clunky and single target
@nobody-xh6ii I agree, but it's so much harder to get full uptime on childe, most mobs have higher health. So half the time I find my self funneling than actually doing damage.
Furina and yelan is off- field DPS/sub DPS tho, unless you have them c6. I myself am tempted to pull mualani since I don't have hydro main DPS, but I also don't have dendro main DPS :( and to make it worse, pyro archon is on the horizon
That's basically Marachussey powercreep but only for Natlan characters. I'm so excited for Mualani tho since I don't have a hydro dps yet. I do have Yelan Furina and kokomi tho.

Well she has also consistent damage that almst 1M damage per e skill is really good for waves since she can hit atleast 3 times in average rotation or 4 if max@@Astyler
So basically hoyo allowed creators like him to upload big damage numbers in videos before launch so that people change their mind of saving for other characters, end up spending all saved gems and spend money to get the next one. Good marketing
If you are saving for archon and you see this character makes big damage does not matter you know it now or in next week It does not make people to pull just because they know early It is better for those who want to get info as soon as possible ( that is why many people watch leaks month before the character release)
Having a designated buff in the region of origin is diabolical, and I also think it is game changing it will bring several new features. We can expect great such features from the upcoming characters.
The new set is basically an enhanced blizzard strayer 15% cryo dmg -> 15% universal dmg 40% crit rate when frozen -> consume nightsoul for 40% crit rate When you look at it, Mualani has high dmg scaling since you only get 15% dmg bonus from this set yet she’s still be able to deal 1M against boss. The rest of the set is just crit rate which lets you farm more cdmg
not a fan how they essentially powercreep older characters exploration abilitys to combat the everlasting complains to exploration itself with just new limitited characters instead of actually reworking exploration itself...
This so much. Wondering why more ppl arent complaining. Like its so insanely blatant they are addressing the terrible exploration issues. But just fuck our old chars we spent years loving and building? I dont hate the new chars but i wanna play with my faves and this is basically telling you to bench your whole team. Its so diabolical tbh.
I dislike it, because now all my characters feel bad for exploration when I am looking at the news characters for exploration. I honestly dislike playing exploration team, because the overworld combat is easy so I just want to play my favorites characters who are worse by a lot of course than Natlan characters exploration.

I get the attachment to a character but I think you have to move on at some point. Maybe thats why you guys are cynical. You’re sterilizing yourself for no reason.
She gets a ton of Crit for free basically, that's pretty massive since you can focus directly on just getting HP% and Crit Dmg. I think one of her biggest problem will likely be keeping her alive, she has to mark and get close to units.
Focusing on less stats doesn't make a character easier to build, it makes it harder, not to mention that it gives her basically no good weapon options outside her signature. Definitely not a pro

People shouldn't really be spending that much money for a 10% upgrade on their character, and encouraging that like it's normal says a lot about how trash this community is. 3. Even then, you could have used your brain to understand that the point still stands, and my original comment INCLUDED the battle pass weapon ; it gives crit rate, and with how much crit rate she already has, it's impossible not to overcap unless your artifacts have literally no crit rate in them. Therefore, either it makes your character impossible to build, or it makes the weapon a lot worse than it could be, making the signature the only real good option.
@@monny1815 It does make it easier, simply by the virtue that more artifacts are viable. Usually, you'd instantly throw away something that doesn't have both crits, but with her you can just have crit damage and be happy. Even throwing a tad bit more crit rate can still improve her dramatically. Including her weapon, it should be relatively easy to hit over 200% crit damage due to how much it provides (and pulling her weapon will be much easier with the fate point change too).
I wouldn't say she powercrept Neuvillette, considering his ease of usage compared to hers. But being comparable to the top DPS units in the game is pretty good for her.

@@user-ot4ly9dp1c if Mavuika makes Mualani better then that means Mavuika makes Neuvillette and others even stronger just for being an off field oyro applicator. Neuvillette Vape. Wriothesley melt. Ganyu Melt. Kinichi burn. Lyney overload/burn/vape by replacing Xiangling. These are to name a few btw. That means Mavuika will just make good units even stronger and male Mualani feel worse due to how clunky she is.
I'm skipping as i already have Neuvillette, C2 Furina, Yelan, Kokomi and Nilou as my limited 5* Hydro and don't feel like pulling another one for the rest of the games lifespan lol. Going to continue saving for C2 Mavuika, Arlecchino rerun and maybe Xilonen if the rumors of her being a Kazhua tier support for Geo is true.
Mounts are such a huge deal only because of Genshin's lack of built-in vertical and water mobility mechanics. It's actually amazing that an open world exploration game like Genshin in terms of traversal mechanics only had basic sprinting, climbing, and swimming (all severely stamina-capped) plus gliding at launch. They had to add grapple points and the wave rider later on to mitigate the issue, but it was just a bandaid. Only Natlan addresses the issue proper: players need simple ways to traverse difficult terrain. It makes exploration fun instead of being a chore.
But waverider is just a gimmick used for a few puzzles and achievements, who uses it? The grapple points tho, they added them in Sumeru because Sumeru itself had a lot of vertical exploration. The only place before Sumeru that's in dire need of them is Jueyun Karst . And maybe a couple other Liyue locations could kinda use them, but it's definitely not an issue. Although maybe on mobile it is, idk. Btw, Skyrim was also an open world exploration game with only basic sprinting, climbing and swimming minus gliding (no, Skyrim so-called mounts do not count, they're clunky and usable for roleplay only).
@reignbird Let me guess, you didn't bother exploring the mountainous parts of Mond and Liyue? Cliff climbing is an absolute drag, and there's a lot of it there. They had to add grapple points v1, still awkward and clunky, back in Inazuma because of the player complaints. Yes, it was in Inazuma, not in Sumeru, when they first added them. So they've realized that there's a vertical mobility issue as early as version 2.0.
@@ПостороннимВ-й2ю I 100% everything on release and 100%-ed Mondstadt before even stepping into Liyue. In Inazuma the electro seelie "grapples" are baked into separate pieces of environment, not the open world in general. For example Yashiori island doesn't need grapples in general but Musoujin Gorge specifically does. In the Sumeru forest a lot of the time you need to grapple just to move in a direction in the open world (blocked by elevation). In the desert you need to grapple because of the ridiculous distances. None of that applies to Inazuma. It's compact, mostly flat, and has waypoints wherever it isn't.
After more than a year of hiatus, I decided to Genshin again and was actually having fun again. Imagine they apply the mount-ish system to old characters. I want that Razor wolf mount in Mondstadt

Mualani is cool but I already have Neuvillette and I must stay strong for Xianyun rerun and Capitano. After pulling for them though, I'll think I'll try to get her when she reruns. Her personality reminds me of Itto who I love, and she doesn't seem as clunky and awkward as I thought she would be.
initially i was planning to change my plans and try to pull for her instead of nahida, but tbh i feel like it's better to wait until all the other characters come out and wait for their reruns
i kinda like the exploration benefits from natlan characters because i think we already reached the ceiling of damage that we need to play on brain off and there is nothing hard enough to push that boundry so more exploration features are a much bigger selling point rn
I really hate this "fix big issues in the game by stuffing it into all the new stuff" they shud have made a mount system for everyone. Exploration is my biggest issue in this game and now they fixed it in an insane way, but stuffed it into natlan only and only on their new chars. I hate this so much

Hoyo (GS) doesn't seem to care or tries to gain players good will anymore, instead blatantly reaching for your wallet with fomo and absurd power creep like this one.
Imo she's a must have for the best exploration experience in Natlan from day 1. Plus she's amazing dps and looks astonishing. What's not to love? I just hope i will win this 50/50 or at the very least get that 10% saving grace in case i lose and still get her.

Mualani's surfing alone is a reason to pull her, with how gamechanging it is for a new region - the fact that she's the first limited featured character in said region really helps incentivizing players to get her in order to maximize the exploration of all Natlan updates. The fact that she's strong as a nuker is the cherry on top. I'm definitely pulling for her C1.
She prolly aint gonna come. Did you see her in any trailer? It's just a big maybe. But on the other hand would be weird just from logic that a Top 1 Fatui comes right after Arle. Maybe you can actually have her. But take it with a grain of salt. Not a guaranteed. Apparently both have a Cryo Vision though which also confused me.

I really hope she's a really strong Cryo either Sub Dps or Support that would be awesome. Basically powercreeping the heck out of Rosaria and so on. It's such a strong element to react to. Normally i don't care as much of Ayaya as well but honestly she's very gorgeous. I hope we have a change therefore. 🤝🤝🤝 Lets cope together.

She gets a ton of free crit rate. So does Lyney, or anyone when Furina's around (she really wants 100 cr tho). The powercreep isn't that bad. Until we talk about the other set...
Now I can start using my arlechinno and hutao for bosses without being scared of one shotting them in 3 secs cus it just felt boring just killing them in seconds that I had to start using my 4 star dps just to have fun with the game

those puffers have little to no big deal to pick up since it follows mualani meaning just stick close(and dont get too far) and you will get it eventually also kinich is fun flying guy(like spiderman)
You see nothing wrong with them locking updated movement behind getting really lucky or spending, especially when compared to even their own game (ZZZ) the movement is sluggish otherwise across the board? and ZZZ doesn't even have OW exploration.

childe is fine as his international still competes with the powercreep. they need to do something about the rest of the cast such as eula/ganyu/yoimiya/itto cause they seem like four stars compared to newer units.
mualani is too fun to explore. i almost want to break my "archons and adult females only" wishing rule. however, the holy natlan trinity is coming soon (adult kachina, cowgirl rosaria, and jack-o). lol must stay strong.
according to theorycrafting she cannot at least not c0 vs c0. Mualani also suffers from teammates not having too good synergy with her. for example buffs expire before you ideally would want to switch off of her
My team would prob mualani xiangling furina and yaoyao xiangling is focused on 2pc emblem and 2pc natlan support set(since 2pc works on any character as long as theres natlan character on the team) furina is c1 so why not yaoyao heals the entire team while applying dendro for burning and she could also use song of days past(i think this set is no big deal since mualani has insane multipliers)
