We have a variety of Muay Thai classes at Fight Academy Ireland. Tuesday nights at 7.30pm is the “Combat Drills Class” which involves drilling techniques and light sparring drills. Wednesday nights at 7.30pm we have a “Muay Thai Pad Class” where you fine tune your technique, built power and learn combinations on the pads.
