The Jumping Switch Teep or Power Teep, as I like to call it, is a very powerful kick. The mechanics of it are the same as out traditional teep, however, we are using our lead leg as a fake, to chamber up and explode with our rear leg. Think the "crane kick" from Karate Kid, except, instead of the kick doing a snapping motion, it is doing a pushing motion instead. Our hand placement is exactly the same as if we were doing our traditional teep as well.
Keep in mind, you can do this technique standing stationary in front of your opponent, or for added power, you can do it as you are running towards your opponent. Try it out and let me know what you think!
