Don’t like to see an unhappy Floz. Things got better once out on the road again thank goodness. That venue is just not for trucks it seems. What they need is a disused airfield with plenty of access and hard standing. There are quite a few in eastern England. Can’t see the venue wanting it next year with all clearing, cleaning and making good they have to do now. All the very best. Mick.

Absolutely loved this one mste. Seeing the raw version of how Lincoln Truckfest was and feeling the frustration of you and all the other drivers and spectators. Hilarious confusion when two non-native-speakers communicate: I understood the whole time that you crashed into a “dock” and thought you meant it figuratively came flying at you, until I finally realised you were talking about a duck!😂 Great video as always!

Considering what the ground is used for regularly, youd think that the showground maintenance teams would of put down aluminium plates so no would get stuck n churn up the mud going to the parking spots, and also had the gates open overnight Friday or at least til late to get everyone in off the main road
You'd think they know what to do, and maybe they do, but they had no experience with so many heavy trucks at once in that place. Hopefully, they've learnt the lesson
Brilliant video Floz. Such a shame Lincoln was a mud bath for all the trucks getting in, I'm glad Sunday was at least really hot and dry. I feel for all the drivers having to clean again probably after cleaning all week in preparation. More planning is certainly needed and maybe a venue that's not fields, Some nice clean concrete or tarmac! driving 7.5 box truck i had a duck fly into centre of windscreen it csme out of no where plus had phesants fly onto side of the box you see um the heard dunk look in the mirror and see festhers flying oh had a golf ball it me once at Bude where the risd goes across golf course
It was nice to meet you at Truckfest Floz. Shame the traffic management was so terrible, they really should have been using all the gates from the start. The main roads around Lincoln are also in desperate need of upgrading to cope with modern volumes of traffic.
The thing is I use multiple cameras and it's very convenient and much safer to use the voice commands. It never happened before but it had to happen then, isn't it? 😂
Oh dear shame about Truck-fest my neighbour organizes these events, we used to go to Peterborough Truck-fest but that's finished for good now, we had thought about going to Lincoln Truck-fest but decided instead to go to Hubbard's hills then on to Mablethorpe for a day out, pleased we did now.
Entralled with this vlog mate. I feel so sorry for truckers attend (or even attempting!) this show after weeks, months even years of prep. Why were the gates open at noon, they should been open at 1st light! They have not invested in neither thought or infratructure from past events. Regarding tfc flow, that is a real danger. I bet the police are pushing hard buttons on the organisers. Anyways mate, the backboard is super cool, but I feel you should of invested in a Surface to Air Missile (SAM) system for future kamikaze duck strikes. Happy to hear you & your family had a good day!
Oh thank you pal. We made the most of it even though it wasn't even close to Peterborough. But a lot of frustration for everyone attending, including the public. I won't go back there again for a few years. That SAM is a good idea 😂😂
You would of thought that lincs showground would of out plates down on the main tracks going in to the parking spots, knowing whats happening and the weather, Ive seen a video from the professional struggler on yt saying there were up to 16-18 hr delay, and the police were also reporting delays as well
Yeah pal. Everyone was stuck in a massive gridlock. Couldn't get anywhere. Police, Ambulance Service, public and just people in general wanting to go from A to B couldn't move. Horrible
@@TruckerFloz yh have 2 gates 1 for the trucks & support vehicles only, and other for campers and general public, as well as having faster checkin, also im very surprised that no nobody had weights on the fith wheel for extra weight without the trailer for traction
Cracking video floz as always,shitfest was awesome wasn't it🙈i watch a guy called the professional struggler and he was stuck out on the road for 16 hours and sent from gate to gate and then on the Saturday morning he was told to move to another gate hed already been sent to the night before and he then had had enough and lost it with the Marshalls and refused to move until they let him in to which they did because he was blocking everyone 😂absolute joke and i realise they can't do anything about the rain but the organisation of it was non existant and poor at best,have a great day floz🙂👍
Oh pal that was so poorly organised. Most of truck drivers won't go back there which is a shame. They could have made this the event of the year but instead they've ruined it.

its sick every truck feast is a field its thick and stupid ,i would find an Airfield this is dumb like every waggon show it sucks and ruins everything .The waggons are fine but then the UK drivers climb in the cab and it sinks into the mud .
