Quad looks clean brother. One thing you should look into is a new shifter. Idk if it was just me but that little ball didn’t cut it for me. Rjwc make a pretty good one. They just screw on. Worth the $40 for sure. Would recommend riding it off amizon tho, as it come from Sweden I ordered off thier site and got Screwed by import fees
Such a beautiful and fun place to live. Im coming from a 2 stroke and looking at a yamaha. These XMRs are my favorite but the stereotypes scare me. The 850 is the one I want but maybe the 650 isnt as hard on parts. Those dang 850s are sold out everywhere and its gonna be like camping out for a movie release once my dealer starts taking deposits for '23s. Do you think someone would be dissatisfied with a 650 if they didnt want to wait for a chance at an 850?
That's the reason I bought my 650, no one had an 850 in stock anywhere close to me. I am not dissatisfied at all, the power is amazing but I'm coming from Hondas so anything is more powerful lol. I originally wanted the 570 because I thought it would be more reliable considering the power was a lot less and I wouldn't go through axles but I have put 600 hard miles and a lot of wheelies and have had no issues at all. I am still very happy with it and haven't found myself need more power at all
In mud no but in clear water like a creek yes. I've went through all my snorkels and they are good so it's more than likely coming from the seal around the shaft on the back of the belt box. I can ride through deep water all day and it stay dry but if I stop and sit it will leak in. They say you can take the back of the belt box off and put a bead of RTV around the seal and it will solve the issue. Hope this helps you!
