@@whitneyng Hi Whitney, yes, please do create more content on top of the given side notes. If you only respond based on the given side notes, this shows that you are only a basic user of the language. But if you are able to demonstrate more creativity in writing your responses and show off some related vocabulary, etc., you stand a chance at scoring better. But do remember that all side notes need to be used and all remarks from the email are responded to. About 200 words would be good.
