You have inspired me to make muffins. Not as many as you prepare on a weekly basis, but grateful for the inspiration. You mentioned you're putting "way too much thought into these muffins." I used to use non-stick spray on inside of muffin liners and they just pop out of the liners instead of falling apart when you peel them.

For the tomato and cucumbers try cutting them up and add some onion then add oil and vinegar for tomato,cucumber salad it’s so good.

Happy Autumn!! For the tomatoes you can make tomato sauce, pizza sauce, sun dried tomatoes- they’d go well on salads, tomato paste, a caprese salad. All I can think of for cucumbers is pickles lol. Oh for an Asian inspired flavor recipe, smashed cucumber salad or cucumber kimchi. To use them both you can do a cucumber tomato salad

Put cut apple pieces in a bowl with orange juice and then put on them your board. Stops them from browning! Old trick here from a food service director who fed 300 children a day. Works like a charm!!!

Tomato sauce, paste, chunks, ketchup, salsa(years worth) Zucchini pasta, frozen slices for stir fries (and fryed) , powdered for stews and smoothies, maybe you could pickle them

I do the overthinking of muffincup colors too 🙈🤣 The yellow for the double chocolate ones had me like "No, no, no, no... not yellow. You need a darker color for those" 🙈🙊😂 As for the cucumbers and tomatoes. Maybe make some salad. Tomatoes and cucumbers get cut into small pieces, add some chopped fresh parsley. Season with some salt, and then add some olive oil and lemon juice as a dressing, mix it all up.. It's so delicious and refreshing. You can do tostitos scoops to eat with it 😋🤤 Love your muffin boards, though I always end up craving muffins too 😂😂🧁

I watched Josh from that so called Daddy Podcast and he is a very miserable human being and it's very disturbing how he constantly bashes you and your family. He's bashing you to bring views to his channel, I know you're a good mother to those kids. I love how you make each and everyone of them feel special like they belong.
