Opposite effect for me. It gives off this feeling of emptiness and abandonment, most likely because there is just a TV with no one to watch it, the walls look worn and we'll because there is nobody.

The Lofi community is the best and it help me with my vary troubling mind set that I’m stuck in and get vary upset and can’t get out of this loop of sad ness but lofi helps me out I just with I had some one that could be there for me but no one ever is and when I do try I get pushed away and i don’t know why im vary kind and caring for a guy. Sorry for the long text I just have been having a bad few years lately😓

A few sleeping tips ✨ ~find a comfortable position and place to sleep ~find comfy pajamas ~relax for a bit before (reading, sitting there doing nothing, listening to lofi, meditating) ~lipbalm ~don't get distracted ~do not pick up your phone ~milk or water before bed ~dark room (with curtains or blinds closed) ~blankets, pillows and anything that makes u comfy ~leave the comments Thanks for taking the time to read this hope it helped ✨🧸 Good night ✨

these videos are the only thing that help me sleep. I can't sleep to silence because I'll get panic attacks. but music or shows keep me up. these are so perfect not only because of the ambient rain to chill music ratio is perfect, but the videos are almost completely void of light! which means I don't have to wear a face mask to bed or cover my TV!!! seriously take my money I am so thankful

Day 3 of listening to these videos to help me sleep Results: it do indeed be working I usually go to sleep at 2am and wake up at 4-5 am and so far these videos have helped me fall asleep faster than usual and when I wake up randomly I’ll just restart the video and go back to sleep and it’s very nice to be able to sleep so thankssssssssssssssss ok byyeeeeeeeeeee Edit: OH YEAH AND THERES NO ADS THATS A BIG HELPFUL THING TOO Like when I try to sleep listening to music and I’m so so so close to falling asleep and then all of a sudden a fuckin Home Depot commercial starts telling me about some tape and some paint for the house I don’t even have like mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Just know that it's across the entirety of RU-vid and it's really horrible on their end. Creators that don't monetize now get nothing while YT monetizes their videos... 😔 I recommend using an extension to your browser to blôck the âds.
