@@JrIbarra831 i downloaded it from mugen archive, its an old ver but it works. Its public so I can make a download link later if you dont have access to mugen archive.

2p is the normal form, any other p is void shiki

yeah, you can only do this in winmugen, a lot of winmugen chars already have animated icons like infinite soulabyss
