ooh, now that I hear you say it, you’re SO right about the troll repelling property! I don’t think I’ve ever seen any trolls under bridges where mugwort grows!
Wow, i heard it was good for dreams, so assumed it was good for sleeping, but sounds like it's too stimulating for a good night's sleep. Thanks for the wake up call!
Thanks for rhus information! This was great! I have mugwort growing all along the side of my house, and I wante to be sure i identify it correctly and make the most of it!!❤
LOOOOOL oh my goodness, kids these days. I feel so old. God save us from TikTok 😂 I love your insight about Artemisia as the yang "dot" within the yin aspect. I'm gonna remember that. :)
Now I'm rambling, but another thing I love about mugwort is how utterly determined she is, as well as prolific. I found her growing literally through the stone walls lining Central Park on a recent trip to New York. I wonder how many people walk by her every day and don't even know!
Ha, I know right? I was rather amused by this video with Kyle as well. He still squeezes in a ton of insight too (as usual). And yeah, it's pretty prolific here in Oregon, too. ~Mason
It seems interesting. I just recently heard about Mugwort while I was reading people's experiences on melatonin. Someone was explaining their bedtime routine and they mentioned smoking mugwort in combination with melatonin. It sounded very therapeutic, and I was like wait what the hell is mugwort. I'm sure I've heard of it over the years but didn't know what it was. It sounds amazing actually. There's no herbalist shops around here, but next time I go to the health food store I'm going to look for it. Do you think using it as a tea is more effective than smoking it?
