After a long bus ride from Ho chi minh we finally got to Mui ne.
Mui Ne is a picturesque beach town in Vietnam's Binh Thuan province. We rented a scooter and drove ourselves from the center of mui ne to red sand dunes, the trip took about 20 min and the traffic wasn't too bad if you are used to drive scooter but always be careful when driving.
The day after we visited white sand dunes which is not located in mui ne but in Phan Thiet, the trip to Phan Thiet took a little longer than red sand dunes, I think we spent about 45 min on scooter so remember to take some breaks so you can stretch your legs. The trip is quite easy you follow the coastline almost all the way to White Sand Dunes (google maps is your friend), but remember to fill up with petrol as there is only one place to fill up.
If I had to choose which of the two I would prefer to visit, I would definitely choose White Sand Dunes, Whites Sand Dunes is bigger and much more impressive than Red Sand Dunes, although both have their charm
