You are diagnosed with bronchitis and you need to avoid COLD ,sweets and even the citrus related items. So be careful as Bronchitis can be contagious depending on the type. Tuus tuus ke kyu kaathe ho sab outside food. Why dont you guys eat good food and why are making karthikey to eat it. Bechara Vegetarian hai kya?
@@Alishathapa11 Agar aa prolong hai tho complication aayenge.So best medicine use karna parde ga to recover .Aur check whether you have any allergies or mild fever in night or some times early morning aur cough It will go off no need to worry but make sure you take rest while in medication..Uksa medication course rah tha hai. But it is the slow process. Keep us updated and avoid nasty food and drinks

So need not worry just follow the prescribed medicines and take rest. DRINK warm water instead until it is cured. HOPE YOU HAVE CONSULTED GOOD DOCTOR. Sinusitis aur ek story hai yaar. Dehradun cold place hai na, Avoid driving ,dust, Allergies ,flowers ke Pollen few causes for mucus fill up--ENT Doctor-->>>few tests for examination based on severity ----> medication or surgery (Sinusitis)
