Facts but like what really made me not like eggs fully anymore was when my classmates in culinary made from scratch waffles. They messed up the recipe and all u taste out of that waffle was straight eggs n i was literally scarred by that taste for like 6 days. Actually Yuka is an abnormal case in Japan to the point where a doctor conducted a study on her to find out why she was able to eat so much food, turns out her stomach expands much more than the average persons and she doesn’t really digest the food like an average person either.

3:48 Little well known fact is, if you have other 90 grams of protein a day You can die. People might think "Oh well she is probably having over 90 grams!" Well no she isn't. There's 6.3 grams of protein in eggs, if you add 50 bcs that's how many eggs she is trying to eat you would have 56.3. But as far as we know she only ate 26 of those eggs, so she would have 32.3 grams of protein.

Thats just not true. I regularly eat 120g of protein a day. It won't kill you unless you already have existing kidney issues and even then you have to go way over 1g/lbs of lean body mass to hurt yourself. If 80g is the minimum for most people then why would 90g be lethal?

Also a high protein diet that contains lots of red meat and higher amounts of saturated fat might lead to a higher risk of heart disease and colon cancer, while another high protein diet rich in plant-based proteins may not carry similar risks. There even lucky to be alive if they eat 90 grams because The amount for both men and woman aren't even close to it, 56 grams/day for men, 46 grams/day for women. There's many signs that your eating to much Protein and I wish more people knew about these signs before its to late. The sign's are pretty simple, You become thirsty a lot more then you other days, another sign is Your breath will get extremely stinky. There another such as You'll gain weight, You may put a burden on your kidneys, You'll add belly fat, You could shorten your lifespan, You'll feel nauseated, all of these are signs you been eating to much protein for your gender and weight.

This is the first vid of yours I’ve watched and I’ve gotta say that I like the style that you do these videos. The little edits that you do are hilarious and I love reading the little comments you put in the vid. I especially loved the edit where you put eyes on the burgers. Going to have to watch more videos in the future
