Mochi is so good, and it has the red bean in it so you are getting in a dietary thing, it's better than most desserts in that manner Plus you can customize it by appearance or even what's in or on it, like there's some covered in sesame seeds or some that are wrapped in seaweed soaked in soy sauce. You can do anything with it.

Agreed. That could mess up yr health later on in life though. Even if yr metabolism is high no amt of sugar like this will ever be good 4 u in one setting :/ same with super spicy foods. There metabolism may be good now but it will cause implications later. Exercising can only do so much as your body has literally absorbed all of this. We haven't even begun to talk abt teeth health or acid reflux. It may help with the weight but not the diabetes lol thus why some of them dissappear for a while 🤔 lol sooner or later this gonna catch up with them. I guess enjoy it while it lasts lol food looks delicious though 😂

Actually i researched on this and found out that they later go to doctors to get there intestine cleaned so that the food does not convert into fat , it's weird but it is what it is 😅

Mochi ice cream has 60-80 calories per mochi. The fourth guy eats ~100 mochi so at most, he eats ~800 calories. That is still within a normal calorie intake in a sitting for a normal guy. The sugar intake however, is through the roof 😅
