When the Mukka Express have an issue and don't lock tight.
The mukka express was purchased on www.bialettistore.nl/bialetti... and is the second mukka express I received.
The first one had an issue with cappuccino pressure valve: at the first cleaning a small iron bullet was in the bottom of the milk upper part, the material of the pressure valve was broken. Bialetti Store NL did the exchange without any issue.
This one becomes dangerous because all the water turned into gas escape from all around the connection from the upper and bottom part.
The first one add the same issue if it was not aligned when you close it. That's why I found very strange that this one doesn't follow the recommendation stated in the user's guide: 3. Click-clack closing mechanism: "... positioning the handle in line with the safety valve (Fig. 6) ...".
Because the jaws of the upper body and the lower body are symmetric, it will never be the case.
+ You don't hear the "click" when locking tight.
With the first one we had a nice and clear "click" when it was tight.
How could such a product reach the CE quality? Where did the check of the QoS failled?
I have 6 other Bialetti product without any issue, this is the first time.
