Have you ever tried a booster battery? I have a bike with dual 48v batteries and I put 2 homemade 4s6p making the bike 63v. I charge with 2x54.6v chargers and 2x16.8v chargers. All four batteries are joined with 10g wire and xt90. It's Frankenstein, but the bike does 42mph and does over 50 miles.
I've watched all your videos. I know you could do that kind of stuff with no problem. You taught me about wire size and connectors. I run 2x 10 gauge wires to the 60a controller. 👍
can i put a Siayq7235 72V 35a 180a on a normal 52v batt ? my (new) sinewave does 40amp current, but with this fardriver you can go faster? how do i connect it to the display - nc81f with does connectors ?
The SiaYQ 7235 probably won’t talk to that NC81F display so you need one with YXT (LIN) protocol such as the DKD. If your 40a sinewave is not programmable and doesn’t have field weakening, then yes, for a geared hub motor the 7235 with 35A can make it go faster, at least until the magic smoke comes out of the motor, lol. Like all 72v Fardriver controllers, this should work with anything between 13s-21s Lithium Ion batteries. Your 14s pack will work fine but since it’s only 35a DC, you can only get about 1800watts. With 72v this little controller can send 2500 watts to the motor. This is probably designed for 500w-1000w motors. I might get one to replace the Votol EM30s I have.

Damn a far driver on stock batteries, what amps is a fardriver? And how much strain does rhat out on the bms? I would love to throw a fardriver on, but have worried about tripping my bms (50amp)
Sometimes, battery bms will limit the power output and render this mod useless. First, check if the bms can handle higher power, then put a matching controller❤
