17:40 Now I know Salesforce is a lying bastard. There is no such "Create new application". All this thing can do is the so-called API specification, which by itself is not very useful.
As a potential developer for this sort of interface I would've liked to have seen more in depth details. If I were a client I would have also liked to have seen more robust working model. I will say however this looks very similar to developing reports in Microsoft SSIS.
