A lot of times, these houses turn out disappointing. I guess I just expect a lot more of them. Just not that well designed. The only reasons it's selling for the price is because of it's location (in Las Vegas, in Ascaya), the size, and the views. The brown trims, brown doors, the furnishings, the colors of the stone around the house that don't match in color and style... That hallway with the stone of that color on the floor, the white walls, the brown baseboard really looks like some old airport somewhere in the middle east, LOL. This house really needs some Blue Heronning. The neighbor's house looks so much better even just from the outside.
