I love how Michael 9:10 said Adam would feel left out because he wasn’t offered a drink. Not only shows that he cares about him as a friend and doesn’t treat him as just an employee. And he probably knows Adam really enjoys a nice champagne while working lol.

No matter how rich successful or famous michael is, he always introduces adam to everybody. He wants people to give him same respect. Michael is such a wonderful soul.

A few observations: The receptionist didn't know who you were eventhough you were there by appointment. You were there to see the owner, and you had to have a somewhat awkward interaction with the sales staff. You initiated the introduction with them. You had to ask to see the owner once inside. Even after telling staff you don't drink alchohol, they bring you a large glass of champagne anyway. The owner name dropped famous clients. Owner tells you three or four different times what he's all about, yet it was very obviously all about greasing you for a sale... Thanks, but that didn't help his business

- Didn't bring a drink for a cameraman - Don't know anything about the watch - Trying to interrupt the customer all the time - Getting passively aggressive - Constantly begging - Michael was surrounded by everyone in the shop. Basically, no trust in the customer. No respect in other words. I wouldn't even buy a used Honda Civic from these people, I am sorry.

Not saying Michael is evil or he doesn't care about Adam. He very much cares. But you can tell he's in a total different world than your average Joe. Adam is there to make the whole thing relatable. I recently subscribed to this channel and the reason was purely because Michael seems like such a nice guy, the relationship with Adam is just amazing and it also seems so genuine. I can honestly say I was EXTREMELY disappointed when Adam was not offered a glass of champagne...I paused the video and immediately checked the comments section...blatant lack of customer service. If I were to walk in to a place like this with a friend and I had the intent of spending thousands of dollars, I would politely talk my way out of the store if my friend was not offered champagne. Simple as that. For me, it's the very small things like this which are the deal breaker and when you are selling things to high profile clientele, you simply cannot make mistakes like this, because that's what it was.

So i am coming from a position of admiration for what you two guys do, however i must say that there seems to be a common denominator with these watch sellers and it just seems a little off. Just stopped watching at 9:30, big mistake from the staff in relation to Adam... and the Guy didn't correct it immediately! They should have done their homework prior to the visit. As someone else also mentioned, a few details had already went wrong ...entrance lady not knowing who Michael was, staff showing him around not aware that he should have been welcomed by the owner, Michael had to ask for the owner himself...and then the lack of politeness. At this level there's no apologies...amateurs compared with Jacob & Co. staff and owner. Think Google reviews don't reflect the real deal...just overrated. In my opinion, In it to loose it!

He says $800 for a rm watch strap but 2 mins ago hes trying to sell you complete rm watches between 200k to almost 1 mil so if ur paying 200-300k for a watch dont you think the strap would be part of why that watch is so expensive as a collective each part has to have a reason to add up to that price so personally i think you can get alot more money for them rm straps
