Matt the source code and also the one in the mastery course are slightly different then the video. No tool tip when hovering over the text on the right. Also all the “bonus” section as the debug log and the table in the button middle are missing. Will be nice to get the source code matching the one in the RU-vid video (not a big thing. It can be easily added manually).

Hi, I'm working on a project and need to use request.security in a multi-timeframe context. Specifically, I want to write a function that automatically detects the active chart timeframe and selects a timeframe higher than This is the active time frame used in request.security. Can you guide me how to achieve this?" For example, the time frame of the chart is 5 minutes, and the higher time frame 1 function detects 15 minutes, and then because our higher time frame 1, 15 minutes is detected. In this case, higher time frame 2 should be recognized as 4 hours and use this time frame 1 and 2 in the request.security function.
You could probably write up a script that checks different symbols for their avg volume vs current volume. Just a guess though, haven’t done it myself.
Using a `request.security(4H)` on a 1H chart affects the backtest, reducing the number of candles the strategy is applied to. Do you have a solution to bypass this problem? Tks for your job 🙏🏻
