Maybe on a later episode could you talk about how these syndications differentiate with crowd funding platforms like fundrise. Advantages/disadvantages of each, also where does one go to find syndication opportunities, specially with reputable operators?

A lot of talk about how expensive the debt is which is true, what I would be more worried about is two things, high rent rates which is pricing people out of the rental market and new construction coming on the market multifamily construction.
