I'm back? I hope so. I'm more or less done with my summer job and I'll have free to edit till I find a new one.
Finishing this video was quite unexpected, I started it on march and I just couldn't make it happen. It's special for me, maybe that's why I couldn't make it at first, too close.
I wanted it to be simple, beautiful and not obvious if it makes any sense... as I like to define myself lately "depressed but hopeful", well same for this video.
And what's next? hopefully some Stranger Things videos fhfgadkfgadjfkag

I feel like you're entering this new phase of editing where you're constructing these works that feel very original. Instead of using particular characters or particular plots, you're pulling from different stories and the tone they set, to create your own tone. When I was watching this, of course I recognized some scenes, but it also just felt very natural - that there wasn't any particular scene or character that I was looking for. I think that's the risk with multifandom, people want to see certain shows and movies! But the way you constructed this makes it so that it doesn't really matter which show or which movie people want to see, because they'll all blend together anyway. I actually went to close my screen when the first act finished, because I thought it was over. Sweet, and melancholy. And then I gasped because there was a whole second half! And it felt like such hope, and had that classic overlay of quotes and thoughts and visuals in quick succession, so it really feels like a turning point. I'm so excited to see how this style affects your future videos!

wow! you really think that? I mean with multifandoms and character studies I always try to leave out the context and focus on the feel... but I don't know, I never thought it was noticeable, the change I mean, thank you! For this video I was particulary worried about the fandoms, because I didn't feel like using a lot of them and I kept thinking "this one is missing" you know? but I let that go and tried to focus on what I wanted of this video... also depending on the vibe you're aming at some fandoms even with scenes that fit, it doesn't really work. I'm still no over the fact you think this is so different from usual, I don't know if this video changes anything for me really but now I'm curious too xD thank you so much lady! :')

Oh my my, this is such a beautiful little piece of art.. I don't know most of the fandoms but the visuals are so pretty, and Son Lux's music always creates that magical atmosphere.. Idk this is something that makes you wanna smile, it's like a sunny, warm spring afternoon spent under the trees, waiting for the sun to go down

Honestly one of the most beautiful edits i have ever seen. There's so much heart in this video, all these quotes you picked and the parallels, you managed to connect them all in the most beautiful way. Ok. I have many things to say about this... First off, I think that this is in my top 3 favorite edits. What a perfect video. The whole portion of the video at 1:28 - 2:30 is a minute of absolute brilliance. I have so many emotions going through my head during part, and even after so many viewings it still doesn't get old. The parallels feel so smooth to watch, like a painting that is moving in front of me. ESPECIALLY the scene from Tolkien paralleling to Dean and Sam at 2:00. It's so rare to find videos this good. Can't stop from smiling while watching it. Anyway, thank you for making something like this. So inspiring.

Something that you are a master of is creating atmospheres for each video. Every single one is its own little world. So often, coloring is used to try to mask and meld the different styles in each piece of content. But with your videos, I’m not watching Supernatural with an overtone. I’m watching a familiar story in a new world, where other stories come to play. I don’t know how you do that, but it’s impeccable.

i wish i could express the emotions I felt watching this in a way so that you could feel what i felt when i was watching this but my god, you just.... you just ripped my heart and then messily put it back together and im left shook thanking you for it all. The way you built up the start with it being depressing and then that beautiful lift in this song (this SONG!!!!) and injecting that shot of HOPE in the video but still maintaining that underlying darkness and sadness???? How do you do it?? Honestly I don't have the words and wish i so did but the way your videos evoke such emotions with what LOOKs like minimal effort but i'm certain is not. Keep doing what you and destroying me (and everyone else) in the process and climb atop our broken crying bodies claiming victory over our broken hearts
