Leiomyomas: Leiomyomas are fibroids, benign tumors of the small muscle. Patient presents with numerous leiomyomas overtaking the uterus. The largest leiomyoma measures 4.5cm x 4.8cm x 4.3cm and is in the posterior intramural location.
