Sir after 18 months on remission doc started cycloxan 500 mg in 250ml NS + dexona 40mg in 250ml NS once per week + linolidomide 10 mg (21/28)at night for 2 months but still M band is seen (0.41) before treatment it was M band ( 0.42 ) Sir idk what is right treatment from now on sir guide me sir

Sir mere papa ko multiple myeloma detect hua tha in 2022 ..after 3 cycle of chemo ( bortezomib) ..he was in remission for 2 years . Now his cancer relapsed and he is going through 2 cycle of chemo ( dara ) . Doctor us suggesting BMT but his is 68 years old and we are afraid if he will be able to handle it ..kindy suggest

It depends on the patient symptoms and the speed of increase of M-spike. If patient has no symptoms, blood tests normal and SPEP rising slowly then no need to change therapy.

Myeloma theek ho sakta hai. Agar spinal cord dab gayi hai toh urgent neurosurgeon se milo taaki cord se pressure hat sake. Fir myeloma ko control kar sakte hai baad mein
