The final ans: first performing time compression by 3 units and then time expansion by 2 units =Yn={3,0,9} the value of yn =3 at ^ origin

if we perform x[n/3] then we will get [2,0,0,4,0,0,6,0,0,8,0,0,10] and next x[2n/3] = [2,0,0,6,0,0,10] we got same answer

Actually, things are a bit of a disaster, because expansion and compression are not commutative operations.
