Not surprised. Saw family filling trash bag with “endless shrimp” gleefully laughing about taking it home, I intervened and yelled “shame” as I requested that they stop abusing the system. How was I rewarded? Laughed at and called a “Karen”. The manager came over and I could tell was trying not to laugh at me for caring. Everyone’s a thief nowadays. No one cares. Not even the red lobster manager and staff. Well, now they are out of work due to their laissez fairs attitude. See if I care. Thank you!
Sounds like you were being a Karen. If they're allowed to take the food home that's not "abusing the system" its taking home what you paid for. Seems like you think the world works like people should act a certain way when in reality youre getting into other peoples business.

Sad, but many couples don't have a hundred bucks to eat out anymore. Throw a couple kids into the mix, a couple drinks, tip and you aint coming out of RL under $150.
That's Bidenomics... and I'm not saying that meaning to get political. BUT, when the government prints money left & right, it devalues the dollar. When you make energy more expensive, it makes everything more expensive, especially food. Prices go up.
Company that bought Red Lobster last was owners of the Shrimp factory so thus they milked Red Lobster for everything they could, however, selling Boodles of Shrimp for the Other Company! Sad!
I really think a major fast food or restaurant chain will go out of business. People who work there will show up with locked doors, and their last paycheck will bounce.
