To get a perfect CG I exchanged plastic screws against metal for elevator fix. After some maiden and test I adjust CG 10mm behind original recommendation. This gives much more performance for this glider!
In addition, it is worth to close the gaps at steering surface hinges with some specific tape, that can be ordered at any model hobby shop. In order to get a smooth function, I closed the enforcement bars as well with some tesa tape.
Try it out and have more fun with this high performance foam glider. All the rest is in stock version and quite professional in Multiplex high quality.
Yes, you can get a real glider for that money, but I love simple assembly and hand launch at any area as well as Multiplex transport bag where is all in and safe.

The reason for nylon bolts is they break before your model does. Metal ones will do more harm than good.

The tape is only on the forward side of the gap between the wing and the ailerons/flaps. The clear mylar is taped to the wing section and is free to slide over the moving flight controls. This keeps airflow undisturbed from the wing to the trailing edge. It reduces drag and resists the flight controls from oscillation (fluttering)

Tambien evita la muy posible rotura de la bisagra o punto de giro del aleron con el ala de corcho, se han dado muchos casos de Rotura por estos puntos.

La idea es muy buena, pero hay más detalles FEOS de Multiplex en el Lentus RR. Por ejemplo, el corcho desde el tren retráctil al morro, Ya Tendría que venir REFORZADO con 2 o 3 manos de Fibra-bidrio y Resina no con un papelote plástico e incorporar un patín o rueda fija, en el corcho., más detalles guarro, los bordes de fuga en Alas y Timones, se pueden TRABAJAR MEJOR en el corcho, al menos Como hace Kavan, en Todos sus aviones, también de CORCHO y los conectores de los Servos instalados se tienen que marcar e identificar, para ser conectados al receptor de RC Y la Caja de cartón, en Plan Maleta no es para llevar un Aeromodelo, sino para llevar Basura. Recuerdo a mis lectores que tengo el Lentus 3m y el Kavan de 2700 mm. Espero que me entiendan todos. Gracias
